Refund and Exchange Criteria
-We offer refunds or exchange on items returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
-The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging(Tags should be attached).
-Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
-Only Defective item will be entertained for Refund or Exchange.
-Before Return, you need to contact us and send photos of Size and Defects.
-If any error occurs at the carriers end we will be on your full support to resolve the issue, however we cannot be liable for any loss.
–Please review the product description carefully before making your purchase to ensure eligibility for refunds or exchanges.
Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including:
– Custom-made or personalized items
– Sale items or Discount items
– Items marked as “non-returnable” or “non-exchangeable” at the time of purchase
– An item ordered in multiple sizes is not refundable
– Free Items
– Leather items with Color difference from Product picture. Because it can be a color tone difference because it is hand-made process on natural skin
– A product sent to the address that was filled in incorrectly by the customer will not be refunded as per our policy
-A Worn or altered items can not be returned.
Procedure
-First of all, get approval for Return/Exchange, by contact us.
-Please mention your name, order number & email address, which is used to place an order. If the product is defective, please send photos of the defects.(as mentioned in Criteria)
-One of our team member will get back to you within 2 working days to serve you in the best possible way.
-We will provide a return address.
-Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will then notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, our customer service team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether it be through a replacement or refund. For refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies. For Exchange, we will process the exchange.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
